Application: Cast sand storage tanks and sand bins

 

Most cast sand bins in foundry plants have agitators inside, which is not allowed to apply contact-type level sensors and switches.

Therefore, many foundry plants monitor only the upper level by a non-contact level sensor to avoid over-flow.

However, Matsushima radar transmitter can monitor the full range of the cast sand bins because of diminish the noise from the agitator.
