Because Dust Monitor detects the initial deterioration of the filter, the filter can be used as long as possible, and the emergency operational stop can be prevented by sudden leakage.

 The alarm line for initial leakage step can be set up by the contact outputs.

 

Benefits:

The monitor through Dust Monitor and backwashing of filters support to identify the deteriorated filters and result in the filter replacement on a regular basis without operation stop.

 

For additional proposal:

Radar transmitter can monitor the full range of the cast sand bins even though there is a mixing agitator.
